August dove into the world of yoga over 25 years ago. Influenced by various styles of yoga she has landed squarely in the vinyasa flow tradition. Building healthy movement patterns while developing a consistent, breath-centered practice in a playful yet challenging environment is how August flows. Thoughtful guidance is the name of the game.
She is FOREVER a student seeking new learning opportunities and experiences. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology, is a 500 hr E-RYT teacher and practicing Thai Yoga Therapist. When not in studio, August hosts international retreats, workshops and collaborates with fellow movement leaders on future projects.

Chelsea discovered yoga back in 2013 while she was a busy working momma. She quickly found yoga to be calming, centering and allowed her to be more present. Chelsea has an extensive dance background, movement and breath feel both natural and expressive. Since completing her RYT 200hr training in 2018 she has had the pleasure of teaching at multiple studios and continued her education through workshops.
Chelsea’s classes are inclusive for all, combining both strength and mobility work in a dynamic, Vinyasa Flow style. Expect to move, sweat, breathe, but most importantly smile. She welcomes new opportunities to share her love and passion for yoga with others and is always eager to meet new yogi’s in the community and build a connection with her students.

Hailey comes to Headwaters from Northern Idaho. She began practicing yoga about 7 years ago, and continues to love, learn, and grow on and off the mat. She completed her 200-hr RYT in Coeur d’Alene, ID with Ashley Severinsen.
Hailey loves being active and outdoors whether she’s exploring new trails, swimming with her dog Sharlie, or fishing local streams. Her love of nature carries over into her professional goals, she is currently working toward her Masters in Natural Resources.

Kristina Dobler has a BS in Physical Therapy and relocated to McCall from the Reno/Tahoe area. She brings with her over 25 years of teaching experience in the health and wellness field.
She is passionate about helping people feel strong, confident and energized in their bodies. Kristina is an ACE certified personal trainer, Yoga, Group Fitness, Spin and Pilates Instructor. Certified Pelvic Floor Specialist and has expertise in Women's health and hormonal care. She also owns her own health and wellness business that specializes in nutritional coaching.
Kristina’s hobbies include skiing, mountain biking, hiking, trail running, travel and anything outdoors

After a decade of committing to her personal practice Beth took the next step and completed a teacher training program in 2020. Beth was drawn to the alignment focused style of Hatha and the combination of breath and movement in the Vinyasa yoga tradition. Her passion for teaching and guiding students in the studio drawing from multiple yoga traditions fuels Beth's off the mat joy! You can expect her classes to incorporate elements strength, flexibility and balance for all with enough time between posture to enjoy the moment.

Jenny I.

Jenny has been practicing yoga for nearly 20 years and received her 200hr YTT certification in 2013 at the Yoga Shala in Paia, Maui. Jenny’s yoga practice focuses on linking breath to movement, tuning in to the body, and allowing expansive and joyful energy to flow through the practice. In addition to teaching yoga, Jenny is also a licensed mental health counselor (LPC) and is endlessly amazed by the ways yoga can increase the connection between thr brain and the body, offering healing & increased physical and mental well being. Jenny is firm believer that yoga is for everyone.

Jenn began her yoga studies in 2001 with “The Rocket”, which was created by Larry Schultz and taught to the members of The Grateful Dead. She completed her first yoga training in 2004 in Las Vegas & remained a dedicated Ashtanga and Iyengar Yoga student. A SmartFLOW® graduate, Jenn was certified under Annie Carpenter at Exhale Center for Sacred Movement (2011-2012), and completed “The Founders Training” under YogaWorks founder Maty Ezraty, YogaWorks Larkspur (2018).
Specializing in movement for athletes, yoga for all abilities and relaxation techniques, Jenn teaches an alignment-based and anatomically-focused practice. Jenn is honored to be part of the Headwaters Team and looks forward to moving & breathing with you on the mat!

Deb was raised in McCall growing up among the pines and around the waters of Payette Lake and River she has a strong sense of place, home and community. Deb believes in the power of movement to awaken the senses and she also likes to help others find joy in moving their bodies. Deb was a certified Jazzercise Instructor in the 80’s-90’s, taught Yoga, is a comprehensively certified Balance Body Pilates Instructor, became a licensed GYROKINESIS® Trainer in 2023, and she is also a student of Qigong, through the Ling Gui International Healing Qigong School.
Deb loves spending time with family and grandchildren, her husband Rick, her dog Moki and being active in the community.

Dr. Brandi Solace is a licensed, board-certified naturopathic physician who has been practicing since 2007. She earned her doctorate degree from Bastyr University in Seattle Washington before settling in McCall and opening her practice - Solace Natural Medicine.
Dr. Solace provides preventative healthcare for all ages specializing in digestive care, hormone balance and healthy aging.
