Prenatal Yoga:

6 week Fall Series … starts 10/10 ends 11/14, classes will be every Saturday at 1030am

Prenatal Yoga:

While balancing support and effort connect with your body and baby through movement and breath. Prenatal Yoga improves strength, energy, flexibility, and alignment; yoga promotes proper posture, circulation, relaxation, and awareness. It reduces stress and discomfort. Suitable for any stage of pregnancy. Find a community & build a network of resources. Harmonize effort and surrender, applying yoga lessons to birth and parenthood.

  • CIRCULATION & ALIGNMENT - improve circulation, alignment, and posture while promoting relaxation and awareness.

  • STRENGTH & ENERGY - build strength, increase energy and flexibility, and alleviate stress and discomfort.

PLEASE NOTE: Participants are asked to purchase their own book upon registration and plan to have the reading completed by our meet up. The book is available at Barn Owl Books with a 15% off discount - just mention our book club.

Instead of calling out numbers - you’re checking off boxes with class attendance! Join our friendly competition where the more classes you attend, the greater your chances of winning free classes and studio swag from Headwaters and local vendors!

The challenge is all about broadening your experiences, trying out new classes, meeting different students and deepening your practice.

EVERYONE is welcome to join and embrace the challenge!

For every completed BINGO your name is entered into the raffle drawing for studio swag, complimentary passes and more

    • Have a teacher initial your completed class

    • NO double ups
