September Sounds: LIVE Kirtan

Wednesday, September 24th, 600pm

Experience Kirtan with practicing devotional yogi Sudevi Geyer. Sudevi has immersed herself in the Bhakti tradition for over 20 years: studying, practicing, and sharing her expertise across the globe.

Join us for a musical meditation practice featuring call-and-response chanting & singing of ancient sanskrit mantras. The sacred sounds invite healing, release stress, quiet the mind and open the heart. Not into singing - no big deal! Participation is optional, join us for the music and stay for the vibes. No experience is needed.

200hr Yoga Teacher Training

September ‘25 - March ‘26

Headwaters is teaming up with Vraaja Yoga to present a comprehensive, hybrid learning experience! Our 200hr Yoga Alliance Registered Yoga School teacher training is the perfect blend of self-paced online learning, in person training and supportive mentorship throughout the journey. The training is Yoga Alliance certified allowing you to confidently take your education anywhere you go!

What to Expect

The first three months will be online learning, topics include*

  • origins, history & philosophy of yoga

  • anatomy, physiology & energy pathways

  • pranayama, techniques & the effect on the body

  • asana, the art of sequencing

  • yoga business & marketing

December break - in studio study opportunities will be available

The last three months will be in person weekend trainings at the studio*

  • deeper practical dive into asana, sequencing & reflection through observation

  • application of pranayama, kriyas & meditation

  • teaching strategies, modifications & adjustments

  • yoga styles

    *in studio mentorship & study groups will be available throughout the training

About Tommy & Lori Anderson of Vraaja Yoga

Tommy and Lori Anderson have been studying and practicing yoga together for over 25 years. They’ve been sharing their love and knowledge of yoga through teacher trainings for 13 years. Tommy’s extensive study of anatomy is complemented by Lori’s knowledge of the body’s energy pathways - a complimentary convergence of modern science and ancient practices.

Tommy is the author of 4 books on the anatomy of sequencing; while, Lori is an accomplished Thai Yoga Therapist who provides certified trainings & workshops.


Community Pride Night

The 3rd Thursday of EVERY month, 600pm

Headwaters Yoga and McCall + Pride are hosting a FREE community yoga night for EVERYONE in our community. Our ongoing event is a safe space for folks to come together, be themselves and move as neighbors, friends and fellow yogis.

No experience is needed. If you have a mat bring it, wear something you can move in, and water is always a good idea.
